Senior year at UConn has already kicked off and we're wasting no time getting ready for senior design. We have a solid team of 5 formed and a plan for one heck of a project: a mind-controlled RPG-- or a demo of one I should say.

My 14-week internship at Google has come to an end. Besides getting a massage and nothing productive done whatsoever, it was mostly saying goodbye to the familiar faces from around the office.

This morning I woke up at 7 with gut-wrenching anxiety. I think total I must have gotten 6 hours of sleep last night. I obsessively checked over the 50+ pages of Google doc code from October/November the night before and reviewed the basic data structure APIs (HashMap, ArrayList, Stack, Queue, etc...).

...is the day 50% of the conversion boils down to -- well, supposedly. I had the last of the mock interviews today with someone on the team who I know but don't really see or work with. I booked it in the same conference room as the train wreck mock interview with The Game of Life problem and hoped it would turn out better than that.

I didn't exactly get a whole lot of sleep after a roach infiltrated my room at some point last night. I was minding my own business studying as I saw something out of the corner of my eye scuttle across one of my dressers. The roach crawled into the crack between the two dressers before I could kill it and I couldn't find it after moving them. Needless to say, I didn't sleep until I found it again and made sure it was good and dead... which ended up being around 6 am.
